Pay As You Go service

Each time you make a support request we will let you know how many minutes it will take, and upon completion of each task, we will update your remaining credit total.

The cost for support credit is 20$ per hour and credits last for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Your support credit can be used for any update or services related to your website. Existing clients use their credit for services such as:

Telephone support and consultancy

All our services covered by the Website Maintain Promise – the price we quote is the price you pay, and if we do not deliver on time you pay nothing.

The Website Maintain promise is simple:

During our opening hours (Mon – Fri, 09:00 to 17:00 GMT) we will respond to all enquiries within 1 hour.

Once we have investigated your request, we will :

  • Give you a deadline for the work to be completed
  • Advise you of the full cost
  • If we fail to complete the job to your satisfaction, on time – you will not be charged a penny!

We aim to deliver superior levels of service to our clients, with the Website Maintain promise. There are occasions, however, when factors outside our immediate control mean that deadlines are not met. These factors can include problems with Internet connections, server and hosting downtime, delay in receiving content and images from clients, and being unable to contact the client if further information is requested.

If we are unable to meet the agreed deadline, due to any factor that is beyond our control, we will complete the job as quickly as we can and will still guarantee your complete satisfaction.
